Modern, spacious and quiet 3.5 room apartment for sublet - 2195CHF

We are looking for someone to take care of our precious flat for a period of at least 1 year, possibly up to 2 years, starting from mid-October (or latest Nov 1st) onwards…

Apartment: Fifth floor (top floor), ca. 85 m2 (hallway, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 living room with view of the Uetliberg and an open kitchen). There is a large balcony with a beautiful view over Zurich/Oerlikon. All rooms have large windows, hardwood flooring with floor-heating, as well as built-in adjustable ventilation (‘Minergie’). The kitchen is equipped with all the necessities, incl. fridge and freezer, oven, dishwasher and kitchen appliances. The bathroom has a bathtub / shower combination, toilet, sink, etc.. The ca. 5 yr-old modern apartment is comes with a basement storage space and shared washing/drying facilities (available 24/7). There is an elevator in the building. Parking space is available in the underground car park (w/ access to the apartments) and can be rented separately. The apartment is suitable for up to 4 people, e.g., a family with one/two kids. Furniture can be included on demand.

Location: Winterthurerstrasse 247, between tram stops Tierspital and Berninaplatz (5 min. walk each). The area is very family-friendly with plenty of garden/greenery and a playground nearby. The walking distance to the Irchel park, Uni Irchel, supermarkets and bakery is approx. 5 min. By public transport or bike, Uni Zurich/ ETH Zentrum and downtown Zurich are ~10 minutes away.

Rent: The rent is 2’195 CHF/month, which includes rent and water/electricity.
