3.5 Room furnished Apartment/3.5-Zimmer Wohnung möbliert - 2480CHF

Due to a job-related stay
abroad, we are subletting our 3.5-room apartment in Zurich Altstetten. The furnished apartment may be rented from October 2017 to October 2018 – a
possible prolongation for a few months is may be arranged easily on flexible
terms.

Located on the fourth floor
with a 20m2 veranda, the 90m2 apartment is spacy and light. Apart from an open
kitchen joining the living room, there are two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one
with a bathtub, one with a shower, both with a toilet) and a spacious entree.
Thanks to a French balcony to the east and the mentioned veranda to the west,
the apartment receives daylight for the entire day. Last summer, we were the
first people to move into this newly constructed apartment which comprises a
dishwasher in the kitchen, floor heating in all rooms and a gas barbecue on the
veranda as well as its own washing machine and tumbler. There are parquet floor
in the whole apartment (apart from the tiled bathrooms). With the elevater in
the house, the apartment is wheelchair accessible. All in all, the apartment is
very well equipped.

Situated in the so called
long-houses of the newly constructed Freilager-Area (freilager-zuerich.ch), the
apartment is centrally located with two tram lines and four bus lines running
from the Freilager to the main station as well as to the University Zentrum, to
ETH Hönggerberg and to the banking district (all places reached with 15-20
minutes). Shopping facilities, restaurants etc. are to be found in the
immediate vicinity of the Freilager-area and the nearby forest is only a very
short footwalk away.

Smoking is only permitted on
the balconies.

The monthly rent amounts to
2480.- Franks, excluding power and internet. In addition, a parking space
may be rented.
