Are you excited by new business models in the financial services industry? Are you interested in working with banking & insurance experts? If so, you may want to join our Redesigning Financial Services (RFS) team.

Redesigning Financial Services (RFS), founded jointly by University of St. Gallen (HSG), the management consultancy EY and Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in 2016, is an interdisciplinary think tank dedicated to understanding the next evolution in financial services. Our mission is to accelerate the structural transformation in the financial services sector - in the interest of customers.

In efforts to identify opportunities arising from the structural transformation, RFS researchers have defined eight key research clusters: Credit & Lending, Payments, Cryptocurrencies, Wealth Advice, Digital Capital Markets, RegTech, InsurTech and Innovations for Social Impact. Together with Swiss banks, insurers and the World Economic Forum, we conduct research and publish studies on topics falling into these 8 clusters, and also organize deep-dive workshops and events around our research.

· Your directly support the founders of the initiative to expand the scope and the scale of the initiative.

· You help drive our initiative by conducting research and analysis on exciting topics on next-generation banking & insurance themes.

· You help organize our deep-dive workshops and events and have opportunities to work with banking & insurance experts and leaders.

Our expectations:

· You are interested in banking, insurance, FinTech/InsurTech.

· You are purpose-driven and willing to embrace changes and innovation.

· You are a strategic thinker and excellent problem solver, able to drive multiple initiatives/projects at a time - experience in consultancy / banks is an asset.
