Trainee Customer Experience Research

At our global headquarters in Zurich-Glattbrugg, where 170
colleagues from 30 nationalities work, we are currently offering the
opportunity to join our team in Sales and Innovation department as Trainee
Customer Experience Research. In this role, you will provide support to the
research team focused on Global Satisfaction Survey program. During the
12-Months training program you will have the opportunity to learn about the
planning and conduction of market research projects in close collaboration with
internal and external stakeholders. You will also learn about the Human
Resources industry and Customer Experience programs and initiatives at the Adecco

  • Coordination
    of the Global Satisfaction Survey program in cooperation with colleagues all
    over the world (in 40+ countries)
  • Design
    and implementation of online surveys
  • Provide
    research assistance for quick-turnaround information requests from colleagues
  • Regularly distribute survey analysis reports and communications
Your profile
  • Bachelor’s
    degree in business, marketing, sociology, psychology or related field
  • Proficient
    in Microsoft programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.), experience in survey
    writing tools (e.g., Qualtrics, Survey Monkey, etc.) is a plus.
  • Keen
    attention to detail
  • Strong
    organizational skills
  • Interest
    in the business world, able to interact with various levels of management and
    across cultures
  • Excellent
    written and verbal English skills, every other language a plus
  • Proactive
    personality and high level of autonomy
