Sales Developement Representative 100%

We are looking for high-energy, driven professionals with sound business acumen, strong technical aptitude and natural sales instincts to join our Sales Development organization as a Sales Representative. You will gain experience interacting with clients of all levels, in a variety of industries and across a broad geographical area. Ideal candidates should be eager to advance through a clearly defined learning and earning path. Your Responsibilities
– Generate and grow a strong and healthy funnel of qualified opportunities (B2B)
– Acquire new business by approaching prospective customers over the phone and via email
– Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop relationships with important stakeholders
– Answering incoming sales calls and email inquiries
– Overcome prospect objections
– Update personal sales pipeline into the Company’s CRM to ensure efficient lead management and record-keeping
– Support the development and optimization of our sales strategies
– Collaborating with Marketing and Sales on lead quality and conversion
– Take responsibility for the achievement of quantitative and qualitative goals


Minimum Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University is strongly preferred
– 1-2 Years of corporate experience, outside of undergraduate graduation (Software sales is a plus)
– Excellent written/verbal communication skills in English and German

– Strong desire to be in technology sales
– Prior inside sales experience
– Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
– Strong problem-solving skills
– High energy and positive attitude
– Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
