Participants wanted for TMS study - 80CHF

Participants for Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) experiment

wanted. Your task is easy! You just have to relax and observe different videos

while we stimulate specific parts of your brain. This safe and non-invasive

method is widely used in neuroscientific research.

Inclusion criteria:

  • Never having participated in our previous study (observing colors and

    grasping videos)

  • healthy males and females

  • right-handed, with normal vision. Contact lenses are also fine.

  • Age: 18- 35

  • Caucasian

Exclusion criteria:

  • It is important that you do not suffer from any neurological or

    psychiatric diseases and do not have any metal implants in your body.

  • People with epilepsy, head trauma, hearing problems, cochlear implants,

    implanted stimulators, medical infusion devices are not allowed to take part in

    this study.

  • No hangover please!

The experiment takes place at the Irchel Campus. The testing consists of

two sessions on two different days. Each session lasts approximately 2-2.5h and

you will be reimbursed with 20 CHF/hour for your time (ca. 80 CHF in total -

the payment will be given to you at the end of the second session).
Attention: this

is a visual task and you have to give verbal answers at the end of each trial,

therefore it is important that you are awake and engaged throughout the
