Job description:

  • Entry date – September 1st, 2017 or by

  • Working location: Zürich

Main responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing monitoring inputs
    (domain names, social media, apps, logos etc) for intellectual property
    infringements and preparing client recommendations and reports

  • Considering other types of
    brand threats eg phishing, hacking, counterfeits etc.

  • Gathering evidence, drafting and filing
    enforcement actions such as takedowns and domain disputes

  • Researching developments in online legal and
    practical enforcement options

  • Doing other administrative tasks connected to
    client support such as preparing quarterly client reports and invoicing

Requirements and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate is a digital-savvy positive
self-starter, who enjoys working in an entrepreneurial, dynamic and
international environment. She/he enjoys being accountable to top-tier clients
and having a high level of responsibility. Attention to detail and a solid working
pace is crucial.

High quality is important to us,
meaning that precision and care are other key-words. Fluency in written and
spoken German and English is a must, and additional languages are a plus. This
role will suit a law student with a demonstrated interest in internet law
(minimum 2 years of tertiary study).
