Internship HR projects & controlling (w/m) for 12 months

For
our Human Resources Department in Wettingen (Switzerland), we are looking for a
motivated Internship
HR projects & controlling (w/m) for 12 months.
In this role, you will work closely with our HR
Business Partners and support them in international HR projects. Moreover, you
will be involved in the development and implementation of a global
HR-reporting. The aim is to effectively facilitate the Total Employee
Experience while establishing effective and productive partnerships with employees
in multiple locations globally.
Main tasks:
  • Working and execute HR Projects on topics such as: Wellbeing, Diversity & Inclusion, Organisational Simplification, Gutor One Voice Results Improvement, Standardised Onboarding Program and Practices, Internal Mobility
  • Consult and support HR BP with planning,
    steering and analyzing HR services; identify action steps and set targets
  • Analyse and annotate quarterly results
  • Prepare management reports and decision
    proposals (Power Point and Excel)
  • Gather, check and prepare data, information
    and metrics/KPIs to support steering the HR organization and to optimize
    transparency of HR services as well as to enhance communication about HR
    Projects

Your
profile:
  • Bachelor Graduate in economics, business administration, human resources, psychology or related field
  • Excellent conceptual and analytical skills
  • Flair for numbers
  • Positive, open minded and motivated team player
  • Independent and creative way of working
  • Very good organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work transversally in a highly matrixed organization
  • Fluent in German, proficient in English (speaking and writing)
