Entrepreneur-in-Residence (EIR) - Head of Talent Management


















We are searching for an
entrepreneurial, HR-experienced EIR who builds a human resource unit with an
innovative approach. You will become the head of a HR company with the first
clients being the Swiss Startup Factory, the startups from its accelerator and
also the corporate partners of the SSUF. You will draw on your HR expertise and
create a business model with your unique and innovative approach over a 3
months time period. Building and maintaining an innovative employee database
will guarantee the success of the firm and you are expected to scale the firm
to be self-sustaining by winning additional clients. Are you ready to build the

The Swiss Startup Factory (SSUF) began in 2014 driven by the ambition to
create global companies that disrupt the prevailing norms, products, and
business models. Our core business is a three-month program that provides
early-stage startups with financing, services, coaching, mentoring, office
space, and access to a large entrepreneurial and investor network.



Position Detail

  • Business
    Development of HR department
  • Recruiting (profiling, selection,
    interviewing, candidate management)
  • Building and looking after an employees,
    clients and applicants database
  • Cooperation with talent acquisition agencies
    and business units
  • Creating global talent acquisition campaigns
  • Approaching
    new talents on social media platforms and on startup events
  • Plan and coordinate internal events
  • Ensure that the strictest confidentiality is
    maintained in dealing with all work related matter


















Applicant Profile

  • Studies in
    the professionally relevant fields (economics, marketing, human resources
    management, communication science)
  • Experience/Internship in the area of human
    resources is advantageous
  • Ability to
    work independently
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with
    various expectations
  • High client and service orientation, resilient and
    flexible
  • Openness and excellent communication
  • Pleasure in dealing with people
  • Fluent in
    German, English and any further language is an advantage
  • Attention to
    detail, organized with a Can-Do mind set
