Document Management Assistant

Anaford Attorneys-at-Law is an international boutique law firm
headquartered in Zürich, Switzerland. We specialize in advising ultra-high net
worth private clients, family offices, financial institutions and fiduciary
companies on tax and legal matters.

We are currently looking for a Document Management Assistant with
immediate availability to work at our office in Zurich on a part time basis (5 days/week, 2.5 hours daily, preferably afternoon or evenings).


Responsibilities:

  • Scan all
    incoming and outgoing documents
  • Archive all
    documents document management system
  • Support the
    team with administrative duties upon request
Skills:







  • Excellent
    verbal and written English communication skills
  • Accuracy at managing documents
  • Proactive and well organized
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Excellent attention to detail
